Available in stunning reds, light pinks and bright pinks, the Betulia is a bold and bright patio Begonia produced in the UK exclusively by Hills. It is a tolerant and hassle free species that looks great in any garden or conservatory for the duration of the summer.

Feeding During Spring and Summer months feed every 2 weeks
TOP TIP For best results position in a shady spot, protected from afternoon sun. When replanting or planting out, Betulias prefer compact growing conditions and are suited to 12-14cm pots.

A luxurious and well-loved plant in the UK, Hydrangea flowers provide large colourful clusters of blooms that will brighten any garden or conservatory. We produce them on site as mop head or lace cap in several eye-catching colours; white, pale and deep blue, pale and deep pink, red and mauve.

Sunlight Partial light. You can keep these plants outdoor during the Summer months in part sun
Watering Soil should be kept evenly moist at all times. The plant should be well drained

Senetti

Senetti

Vibrant and low maintenance, Senetti offers a fantastic early season Spring product available in deep blue, magenta, magenta bicolour and violet bicolour. The daisy-like blooms provide a splash of colour that brightens up any area of the garden. Available for retail from March to the end of April.

Temperature Damp and cool conditions: 10°C – 12°C
Sunlight Bright conditions, they survive very well outdoors in Spring
Watering Senetti like moist but well drained conditions
Feeding Feed twice a month
 TOP TIP Deadhead and cut the plant back to encourage new growth, the plant should re-flower mid-Summer

Fuchsia

A UK favourite, the Fuchsia is a very popular addition to any garden whether in pots, hanging baskets or flower beds. Their unique bloom brightens up any garden or outside area and their hardiness helps to make them a garden ‘must have’.

Sunlight Semi-sunny conditions but ideally no direct sunlight
Watering Do not overwater. Let the soil dry completely between watering and keep well drained

 TOP TIP Remove old blooms through the course of the season for best results
Lavender plants

Lavender

We know our Hidcote from our Munstead and grow most varieties in between including the popular Stoechas variety. As well as providing a delightful fragrance and subtle colouring to brighten up flower beds and borders, this lovely plant species also attracts bees and butterflies and can grow both in pots or planted out. Our lavenders come in 13cm and 25cm specimens and are available from mid-June to mid-September.

Watering Do not overwater. Let the soil dry completely between watering and drain well
Feeding Use a slow-release fertiliser in early spring and early summer at the height of blossoming

Campanula

Glowing Embers

Glowing Embers

‘Glowing Embers’ is a vibrant, trailing plant with dark green foliage and a glowing orange bloom that flowers from mid-summer into autumn.

Part of the begonia family, it produces a fabulous blaze of colour that brings light and colour to dark corners of the patio. The cascading effect of Glowing Embers makes it the perfect choice for hanging baskets, planters and window sills.

Sunlight Happy in both partial shade and sun
Watering Keep moist but well drained
Feeding Feed every fortnight
